This blog is kept by the Berkeley Court Board.

Built in 1922, the year before "The Charleston" became a popular dance, the Berkeley Court building originally served as a 32-room hotel.

Now it is a condominium where residents enjoy Colonial Lake, Moultrie Park, The Battery and all Downtown Charleston has to offer.
